All prices in this site are in Australian Dollars and we ship from within Australia.
We send all our boxes via registered mail through Australia Post unless Express Post or Express Courier is requested.
If you're ordering from the USA or UK, please read further below, and also note that due to the champagne component of our 'She Who Celebrates' box - we are unable to ship this outside of Australia.
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products and e-learning experiences, we do not offer refunds.
Everything we create and curate has been quality checked and lovingly selected before being dispatched to you. Please choose carefully as unless your purchase is faulty, we will not be able to accept an exchange or refund.
If the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at email@example.com with images of the fault and we will gladly issue you with an exchange or refund of your choice.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
For all orders please allow up to 5 business days within Australia and up to 15 days for overseas destinations.
To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm.
If no one is at your specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card which will direct you to a local post office for collection.
We will aim to get your gift box to you as soon as we can....but please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia.
We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
